SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...WAKE ME UP WITH A DREAM THIS TIME

Ok, I know. Maybe nothing's gonna change with him. You would say "what do u expect? it's politics, c'mon, don't be stupid" or "you already know, power corrupts everything, everyone, everywhere...". Maybe you're right. But I don't expect tomorrow there will be no more wars or the sun shining at the same time all over the world. I just believe in the changes this man is promising. To all of Us citizens. To all of us.
I do really believe there will be changes. I do really hope he will give us back the real Usa. Because we need it.
We need Usa respecting international law, 'cause if the leader doesn't respect the rules, who is going to follow them? We want no more tortures, we want Guantanamo to shut down, we want Iraqi war comes to an end 'cause there's no space for preventive wars.
The world needs USA, the real one. The world needs the hope of a better life in another place, just working hard. The world necessitates the torch of Lady Liberty, as usual.
In the end it's easy...we just want the American dream to stay alive...and Obama is the human representation of that dream.
40 years after the assassination of Martin Luther King jr., we wanna know if his dream now is reality:
"...I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character...
...And if America is to be a great nation this must become true".

America, please don't let us down us. GO OBAMA GO!!!

ULTIM'ORA: ho appena parlato con Rosario, è bloccato sulla pontina (altezza Castelromano outlet) da circa 5 ore, a causa di problemi di viabilità ( a quanto pare dovuti ad un disboscamento improvviso...una serie di alberi di LIMONE si è abbattuta sul tragitto del nostro eroe!).
