Dear students,
the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence of the University in collaboration with Euros du Village group and the EEBL Master of Science is launching the eurosblog L'Europa @ Tor Vergata" aiming to create a virtual forum of discussion within our university community to share thoughts and discuss facts about Europe.
The objective of the eurosblog is twofold: on the one hand, to give the opportunity to students, researchers and professors to actively take part to the construction of a European public sphere and, on the other hand, to provide the university community with a dynamic and easy instrument in which everybody can share news and information about what is happening in Europe, write comments and opinions about EU related issues, be informed about opportunities the EU can offer in the field of education and research etc.
The eurosblog series is a blogging project launched by Euros du Village group (www.eurosduvillage.com) a European web magazine counting 4 different editorial offices and more than 90.000 visitors a day. Since last year four other eurosblogs have been launched in 3 prestigious European universities as l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux, the European Institute of the University of Genève and the University of Lille.
The first Italian eurosblog will be online soon; so we invite all of the interested students wishing to actively take part to this initiative or to have more information to contact the manager of the project by sending an email tomarco.amici@uniroma2.it
